There are two forms on the website that can be downloaded and filled in, 

      1) a membership application form, 

      2) an annual show entry form,

 Both these forms have a consent area which is signed by the applicant to agree to Bexhill 100 MC holding certain information on our secure database.

 

Why do we Collect personal information?

We collect certain personal information for the following purposes;

1. To maintain an accurate club membership list for the running of the club.

2. To advise members of any pertinent information or events that are happening in the future.

3. To comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

 

How do we store, use, share, and disclose personal information?

Members information is stored on a private database, which is only accessible to the club secretary & the membership secretary, for the purpose of running the club, it is only used to communicate with members as stated above, information is not shared or disclosed to third parties.

The Bexhill 100 Motoring Club does not use any cookies or tools on its website. However, the site is hosted on the WIX.com platform, which uses certain cookies to track the pages visited, the performance of those pages and to enhance the sites security.
