Saturday 6th April saw the first of this year’s car shows as normal in Pevensey Bay, and the turnout of club cars was excellent. There were several new cars that had not appeared before i.e. a Jaguar SS, and a Brough car; one of approximately only 80 cars that were ever built, as we all know that Brough are mainly known for building motorcycles. The Brough won Best in Show. The weather was kind to us; warm when the sun came out but at times chilly with an easterly wind. A few members went over the road and had fish and chips at Rose’s Fish Bar - excellent as always.
