January saw the first Club Meeting of the year which was attended by approximately 60 members. The guest speaker was “Lady Crabtree” this is the second time that she has graced us with her presence to give a talk about “Glad to be Grey”. The meeting started with Lady Crabtree giving her talk. We then held the usual club information talk after which we club discussed what we are trying to do for this year i.e. 20-20-20 (Twenty thousand pounds, Clubs twentieth anniversary and the year 2020). The idea was excepted by most members present. We also emailed the members with this information about 20-20-20 which to date of writing this I have received no objections. A big thank you to Sue and Graham Dickinson for organising the evenings entertainment.
