Drive it Day this year was on 27th April. We met at the Kings Arms Ninfield for breakfast before embarking on our drive around the country side to Firle Beacon where we had a lunch BBQ. The weather held for most of the day but as you can imagine up on Firle Beacon the weather closed in and very windy but it stayed mainly dry. Who needs the AA when we are all car enthusiasts, DDS had a problem with the brakes on the Mini but it was sorted out. The BBQ was very good thank to Chris, Heidi and Tom. The leftover burgers and sausages were gratefully received by the passing walks.
