Saturday 23rd July saw the second Roaring 20’s show in Bexhill. There was plenty going on all day, Marching Bands, Jazz Band. There were plenty of stall an exhibits also a raid at a speakeze (Number 48) that was raided by the police on Devonshire Road.  At one o clock the attempt to reclaim the dance record back to Bexhill that we lost to London I believe, sadly the number of people dancing just fell short, perhaps next year - come on Bexhill!

 

We all had a fantastic view over the sea when the Spitfire and Hurricane gave a brilliant show which lasted for about 20 minutes. There was some sea fog that came in with the tide which lasted about two hours but that kept the heat off for a while. I think that very body appreciated all the hard work that goes into the planning of such an event.
